The Past and Present of the Intelligent Smoothie Machine

We started the research and development of this intelligent smoothie machine back in 2017. By May, the overall structure had taken shape. In June, we released the first video of this kind on Douyin. In April 2019, we teamed up with Kuka's robotic arm for the first time, along with our gantry fruit tea machine, and made an appearance at the Shanghai International Hotel Supplies Exhibition.

As the original model that was the first to achieve wall-breaking and juicing inside the cup, we obtained the invention patent certificate from the National Intellectual Property Administration in 2018. In 2023, we added a reverse scanner to this machine, making it even more intelligent and self-service-oriented. It is especially suitable for scenarios like convenience stores and restaurants

All the recipe information is linked to this QR code. After the freshly squeezed process is completed, the machine can also automatically clean and sterilize with hot water, truly achieving the process where you just put in the fruit cup and take out the freshly squeezed juice, leaving everything else to the machine to complete automatically.

Now this equipment has evolved to the fourth generation. Many friends say that it is particularly good-looking. In fact, its internal functions are even more powerful, with turbulent flow wall-breaking at a speed of over 20,000 revolutions per minute. It has been officially launched on the market.

On the basis of the compact intelligent version, we also developed and produced the intelligent fresh drink vending drone in 2020. This is an integrated intelligent vending machine, and it is also the first fresh drink robot to obtain the food safety license for freshly made and freshly sold products. Moreover, it can make a full range of fresh drinks.

Since 2022, we have actually put nearly 40 sets of this equipment into operation in Singapore. These successfully deployed equipment have withstood the actual market tests and also provided ideas for the research and development of our new-generation models.

The significance of the birth of these two pieces of equipment is equivalent to Steve Jobs' iPhone moment for us.

During the six years from 2018 to 2024, we have successively launched four generations of smoothie machines and two generations of drones.

Our fruit cups have developed dozens of existing formula products, from the initial fruit tea and single-fruit smoothies to the fruit and vegetable juices that meet the current consumer demands. And when combined with milk, yogurt, coconut milk, etc., the number of product combinations has increased exponentially.

We will continue to focus deeply on the intelligent fresh drink equipment market and keep investing in research and development to bring generation after generation of intelligent equipment to our customers!
